Here is a tutorial for those who want to have xposed in CM 12.1. With it you can install various modules to tweak your device

NB: MUST HAVE CUSTOM RECOVERY AND ROOTED DEVICE
1. Download the above files and copy to your sdcard
2. Install the XposedInstaller_3.0_alpha4.apk app
3. Reboot your device into recovery
4. Flash Xposed-v75-sdk22-arm-Cyanogen.zip file without any wipes
5. Reboot your device
6. Go to Xposed Installer and see that the framework is activated
7. Download and install your favourite modules and tweak your device
