The Pro has been with us for some time now and I can say that it is an awesome device. Here is a quick review of the device: Infinix Zero 4 Plus comes with a Mediatek MT6797 Helio X20 chipset. Its Laser auto focus technology paired with 20.7 megapixels gives you the power to shoot amazingly detailed photos with speed and accuracy. Time-of-flight laser photon sensing identifies and focus on your subject at the speed of light. It comes with a 13 megapixel front camera for best selfies. Zero 4+ has a full-metal nanotech molded body and curved 2.5D TP third-generation Corning Gorilla Glass. It also has apowerful, fast-charging 4000mAh battery with XCharge 3A PE + 2.0 technology making it the perfect device for on-the-go photography and video capture. The Pro comes with 32GB ROM and 4GB ofRAM and runs on XOS based on Android Marshmallow 6.0
And now onto the rooting process for those of us who like rooting their devices to apply various tweaks.
I have managed to port TWRP v3.0.2-2 recovery to the IZ4+ which can be used to flash SuperSU zip inorder to gain root access and also to flash future custom roms. MTP mode, terminal, backup, wipe, touch screen navigation etc are all working

HOW TO INSTALL TWRP ON INFINIX ZERO 4 PLUS
NB: You must have SP Flash Tool and a PC with Vcomm drivers properly installed and a working USB cable
> Download the recovery zip from the link given and extract contents into one folder
> Launch SP Flash Tool
> Load scatter file from the folder where you extracted the contents of the recovery zip
The recovery will be loaded automatically after selecting the scatter so do not modify anything else
> Switch OFF your IZ4+ - Disconnected from PC
> Click on Download on the flash tool to start download process
> Connect your switched OFF device to the PC with the USB cable
If you have vcomm drivers properly installed, the download process will start and you will see a red progress bar followed by a yellow one and a tick at the end to indicate successful flashing
> Disconnect the device from the PC
> You can now boot into TWRP by pressing VOLUME UP + POWER keys and confirm that it is installed
HOW TO ROOT INFINIX ZERO 4 PLUS
NB: You must first flash TWRP as described above
After flashing the TWRP, it is a must that you root the device next so that you are not stuck in boot logo. Below is the process of rooting IZ4+
> Download the SuperSU zip from the download section
> Copy the zip into your sd card or internal storage - This TWRP can access both
> Boot into TWRP by pressing VOLUME UP + POWER keys
> Once in TWRP select install and navigate to where you copied the SuperSU zip
> Confirm to install and wait until the process is complete
> Reboot your device after flashing is done
CAUTION: Do not interupt the booting process even if you see it bootlooping. The device will still boot fully so just be patient
> Confirm you have root with your favourite root checker after the device has booted fully
